Musica Acoustics will be hosting guest posts at our main blog. We are looking for:

• well-informed how-to’s
• reviews
• comparisons
• what-to-do’s
• industry highlights
• technology explanations
• and anything and everything like that.

What’s the catch? The catch is that what you write has to be about the stuff we carry, or about how to get every last bit of enjoyment from the stuff we carry, or if you can convince us of something else, give it a go. In other words, you have to have experience our products, or know how to weave a good blog about how to enjoy what’s here even more.

Not only will you get to brush up your writing skills and break ground on a new resume, you’ll get:

Your name from among the pool of guest bloggers for that month. The giveaway will be random too, sometimes big, sometimes small. But our hospitality won’t stop there. Guest bloggers will be given a 10% discount on a selection of our headphones/earphones or accessories and 8% off† any of our amps or players. This offer is good in the same month your post was featured. How does that sound?

Of course your name will be featured on our blog (if you want it to be) with links to your own blog or website (as long as it’s not a competitor of ours).

NOTE: In order to be eligible, you must already have your guest blog published at Musica Acoustics. Discounts and giveaways DO NOT apply to persons who have not yet had their blog posts published by the Musica Team. They also do not apply to past months. Eligibility is limited to the same calendar month. Questions should be directed to media at musicaacoustics dot jp.

Rules

• All posts will be hosted at Musica Acoustics and be written in English
• posts will help Musica Acoustics customers/readers
• No repeat blogs or blog posts copying other source material is allowed – copying/plagiarism is grounds for disqualification
• posts will be about Musica Acoustics’ products
• minimum word count is 350, maximum is 700
• including pictures or illustrations is highly encouraged
• if quoting from other sources, include reference (link, annotation, etc.)
• selfless promotion of your own blog or website is encouraged UNLESS your website is one of Musica’s commercial competitors
• guest blogger posts will be thoroughly edited by our team
• posts with swearing, derogatory language, political, religious, or otherwise inflammatory content will be disqualified
• To be eligible for discounts, your post must already be published at Musica Acoustics.
• Discounts and giveaways do NOT carry over to the next calendar month, nor do prior months’ blogs count for discounts or giveaways.
• The more blogs you submit and receive approval for, the greater chances you will have of getting drawn, but discounts remain the same.
• Discounts are not compounded.

How to get started
Contact us by emailing our media team at: media at musicaacoustics dot jp. (If you can figure out the code, your blogging skills are mad.) Tell us what you plan to write about and start scratching.

With that out of the way, we would like to open our gates to you blogging horde. Tell your friends. Get involved. Get discounts. But most of all, enjoy your music.

NOTE:
1. Amp/DAC discount percentages are subject to change (at which time they will be noted here). The good news is that changes will likely go UP in percentage rather than down.

2. Will will host up to one blog per day as long as that post isn’t a repeat of another. We don’t anticipate that number being so high at first though. If numbers of guest blogs go up over four per week, we reserve the right to add another draw!

3. Item for draw will be chosen by our staff and will be announced on our blog after all submissions for the month are in. Final submissions will be decided by us and announced on our blog.
